If Thomas Jefferson came back to America from wherever he is now to the summer of 2026. And if Thomas Jefferson saw what MAGA is doing. He would be sickened. But he wouldn’t be surprised. He predicted it.
If he saw what the so called “resistance” is doing in response. Constantly citing to the “Rule of Law;” posting cell phone video of atrocity after atrocity as they shout “shame;” and other social media nonsense …
When he saw the cowardly Vichy “resistance,” Thomas Jefferson would never stop throwing up.
People get it through your heads. There is no “Rule of Law.” It’s just words. It has no mass. You can’t clobber someone with it. You can’t shoot it as a projectile shredding the new breed of MAGA Nazi. It does not cut like a blade. It is mere abstraction.
“Freedom.” “Justice.” “Democracy.” They cannot be protected by words. They cannot be protected by abstractions. They are abstractions themselves unless backed by a violent mob. Ask King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoinette. They lost their heads for telling working people to “eat cake” when the bread ran out. That is why what is happening in the United States of America now could never happen in France. The oligarchs would literally lose their heads.
Our so called founding fathers and mothers expected that much from us. Some small measure of bravery. Let me prove it. These are the words of the founder who wrote the Declaration of Independence:
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The sentence is clear enough. If you want liberty for you, your loved ones, your children and grandchildren you have to fight, kill and potentially die for it. Or else you’re just some ass fucked cuck coward as you watch your children get abused by this new Christian Nationalist Zionist Death Cult of degenerate pedophiles and rapists.
You still need convincing. Go to the Declaration of Independence itself:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Take a look at the sentence in bold. When it says “alter or abolish” an unjust government the Declaration of Independence is referring to war. The Declaration of Independence was expressly written to justify the Revolutionary War to the American people and the world at large.
Our own Declaration of Independence requires a revolution to remedy what has become the destruction of our “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” under MAGA.
But the resistance – mostly “Centrist Democrats” – lack the courage. They would probably post on social media “who is Thomas Jefferson anyway? Didn’t he have a sexual relationship with an underage slave girl.” (The age of consent was much lower back then – most people were dead by 40 [we’re getting there]) For many Red States the age of consent is 13.
In any event the Declaration of Independence is expressly part of the American Constitution by virtue of the Ninth Amendment:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
In other words when the Founders enacted the Constitution it incorporated the rights already created in such documents as the Declaration of Independence. Only MAGA would be stupid enough to say that you do not have the right to “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Now that you are enlightened you can use the Second Amendment on them instead of losing brain cells in an argument.
We need a good a knock down drag out Purge. Once and for all.
I am supposed to be the philosopher here. But I will go the extra mile and map out strategy and tactics. We don’t have to take on tanks or F-35s.
