Black Woman Abducted by Uniformed Police Right Off Streets in Broad Daylight
On March 16, 2017, Latoya Newkirk was a passenger in black sedan driven by Olanrewaju “Larry” Abiola. At approximately 10:30 AM – broad daylight – Officers Mark Pav and Christopher McCoy stopped the sedan in Wyandanch. That’s an all-Black section of Suffolk County located in the First Precinct. McCoy and Pav stopped the car for no good reason which is common in Wyandanch. When the vehicle stopped, Officer Pav approached the driver’s side. Officer McCoy approached the passenger side. McCoy asked Latoya Newkirk for identification which she produced. McCoy apparently ran Latoya’s name through the system from the squad car. When he returned to the vehicle he told Latoya Newkirk that there were pending warrants for her arrest. In actuality the warrants were non-criminal. Latoya Newkirk retrieved documents from her purse that demonstrated that the warrants were not active. She showed them to McCoy. Officer McCoy stated that the paperwork did not resolve the warrants. He asked Ms. Newkirk to exit the car. McCoy had other ideas by then. He was going to McCoy her.
There were no warrants. Ms. Newkirk did nothing wrong. You’ll see.
Once Ms. Newkirk got out of the car, Officer Pav reached into Abiola’s vehicle. He removed Ms. Newkirk’s bag. Ms. Newkirk told Officer Pav. “You don’t have permission to take my purse. You don’t have permission to enter the car.” People know their rights in Suffolk but have no rights in Suffolk. Officer Pav probably thought, Sassy bitch is gonna get hers.
The cops told Abiola to drive off. They didn’t want him.
Officer Pav put Ms. Newkirk’s purse on the hood of the police vehicle. He searched it.
While Pav searched Ms. Newkirk’s purse, Officer McCoy placed her in handcuffs. He searched her coat pockets. He told her to lift and shake out her bra. She replied that she could not because she was in handcuffs. Officer McCoy responded, “I’ll do it.”

Anxiety
The Officers took Ms. Newkirk to the Suffolk County First Precinct. On the way to the police station Ms. Newkirk had an anxiety attack. She asked to have the window rolled down. She knew what was coming.
They arrived at the First Precinct at around 11:00 AM. The officers then handcuffed Ms. Newkirk to a table in the holding room. Shortly thereafter McCoy searched her in the mugshot area of the room, where he put his hands up her shirt and skirt.

They took Ms. Newkirk from the Juvenile Squad Room to be searched yet again by officer DELFINA RIVERA – freak. At approximately 3:50 PM, Officer Pav returned to the precinct from some sort of operation. When Ms. Newkirk saw Officer Pav, she asked him if Officer McCoy was married, and he responded by asking her, “Why? You like white chocolate?” He’s so smooth like all Cracker Suffolk County Cops.
The prison activity log for Ms. Newkirk includes entries between 11:55 AM to 5:30 PM, all entered by Officer Pav. Each entry is supposed to document the prisoner’s “demeanor at the time that you see them and what they’re exactly doing.” Officer Pav inputted entries from between 11:55 AM to 3:30 PM, but did not actually witness any of the events that the entries reflected, which included the time period Ms. Newkirk was assaulted. Officer McCoy was supposed to fill out the prisoner log because he managed Ms. Newkirk at the specific times, but when Officer Pav returned to the precinct he saw that the activity log was empty. So he filled it in. Falsified records.
Pav the perv knew exactly what McCoy was doing. He covered up for him. The white cum wall of silence.
Several hours after Officers McCoy and Pav left the station, Ms. Newkirk asked twice if she could go to the hospital because of a scary anxiety attack. Cops gave Ms. Newkirk her medication at the precinct. Then police charged her with nothing. They let her go the next day. The Fucking Bungling Idiots (FBI)
Shortly after Ms. Newkirk was released, she reported the incident to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (the “FBI”) They investigated.
On July 26, 2017, the United States filed a criminal complaint against Officer McCoy, he was arrested, and on October 9, 2018, he pleaded guilty to violating the civil rights of Ms. Newkirk. Judge Gary R. Brown of the Eastern District of New York sentenced McCoy to only one year of imprisonment and one year of supervised release. Federal sentences are supposed to be brutal but MAGA Judge Gary R. Brown was appointed by Trump.
Latoya Newkirk was smart to go the FBI. There were various State charges like Forcible Rape and Sodomy to name a couple. That would have put Officer McCoy away for many years. But District Attorney Thomas “Homoerotica” Spota declined to prosecute.
