COP LAND 5: Seventeen Cops Tase, Beat, Crush – Kill Taxpayer

Wife of man beaten to death by Cops

On May 5, 2011 a taxpaying citizen carpenter (Jesus was a carpenter) from Suffolk County, Long Island who had bipolar disorder – one Daniel McDonnell of Lindenhurst – was arrested by members of the Suffolk County Police Department (“SCPD”). He allegedly violated a restraining order emanating from a dispute with his neighbor. It was a verbal dispute. Then they had another argument. Just words.

Cops took McDonnell to the First Precinct. They arrived at 2:00 PM.

Thankfully while at the First Precinct McDonnell was not sodomized like Latoya Newkirk. https://raymondzuppa.com/cop-land-4-police-precinct-savagely-sodomizes-young-black-woman/

At about 3:30 PM McDonnell’s mother Bridget McDonnell arrived at the First Precinct – the Precinct that sodomized Latoya Newkirk. She attempted to get two bottles of her son’s bipolar medication delivered to him. Members of the SCPD refused to take the medication to McDonnell. The SCPD told McDonnell’s mother that her son would be given medication at a hospital emergency room if he so desired.

Individuals taking medications for bipolar disorder cannot discontinue their use “cold turkey” without severe physical consequences. They must carefully “wean” themselves off the medication over a significant period of time under the care of a medical professional.

Sometime during the early morning of May 6, 2011 McDonnell began to cry out repeatedly to members of the SCPD for his medications. Later McDonnell paced back and forth in the holding cell while pleading for his medication. In desperation he clogged the toilet flushing it repeatedly.

Seventeen members of the SCPD’s First Precinct (“The Fighting First” – prima i combattimenti) responded.

Cops repeatedly shot McDonnell with a stun gun that had peak voltage at 50,000 volts. After they stunned McDonnell into something resembling a writhing baby on the floor of the cell – all seventeen officers stormed into the cell pinning McDonnell to the floor with a riot shield.

The results were predictable.  “This monkey’s gone to heaven.”  (The Pixies) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHC9HE7vazI

The New York State Commission of Correction (“NYSCC”) is a three member deliberative body that has the resources and capabilities to conduct thoroughgoing investigations. Amongst other duties the NYSCC conducts mortality investigations involving deaths of persons that are held and/or incarcerated in state or local facilities such as the SCPD First Precinct (prima i combattimenti).

The NYSCC investigated the death of Daniel McDonnell. A report authored by NYSCC Commissioner Phyllis Harrison-Ross concluded that McDonnell died as the result of “compressed asphyxia” which the report concluded was a “preventable homicide.” The NYSCC found that the Suffolk County Medical Examiner, the SCPD and the Suffolk County District Attorney all failed to properly investigate this homicide.

The NYSCC concluded that the SCPD “failed to conduct a comprehensive internal investigation of its officers and the use of physical force that resulted in McDonnell’s death.” The NYSCC labeled the homicide squad’s investigation as “cursory and incomplete.” The report specifically pointed to inconsistencies in the versions of events given by the members of the SCPD that were involved in the homicide. The report recommended that SCPD review the actions of the supervisor, sergeants and officers involved in the homicide.

The Suffolk County Medical Examiner in order to cover up the SCPD’s actions labeled the cause of death as “sudden death following physical struggle and restraint in a person with bipolar disorder with excited delirium syndrome; hypertensive cardiovascular disease and obesity” as opposed to the NYSCC’s simple finding of “compressed asphyxia.” (McDonnell died because he was crushed by a riot shield in combination with the weight of 17 SCPD officers.)  The NYSCC Report stated, “the forensic investigation failed to adequately identify and examine the blunt force injuries to McDonnell … and failed to adequately establish and examine the events.”

Mr. McDonnell’s wife was told by the SCPD that her husband died of a heart attack. She became suspicious after the funeral director told her that he might not be able to cover up all of the bruises on her husband’s body.

The NYSCC recommended that the medical examiner re-examine the forensic evidence and review autopsy protocol.

As to District Attorney Thomas “Take it Up the Ass” Spota the NYSCC concluded that the District Attorney …

failed to conduct any investigation of this incident even though it was ruled a homicide and no investigative findings were ever brought before an independent grand jury to determine whether the use of force was justified and lawful.

Thomas “Freaky Queer” Spota ever aware of political implications – Cop Unions – published a correspondence on the Internet that he sent to the NYSCC wherein Spota complains with a warped sense of entitlement about the report:

The criticism was leveled with no notice, no interview of prosecutors or a review of office investigative documents.  Incredibly, we were also given no chance to respond to these baseless and inaccurate findings before they were made public.

The McDonnell family filed a wrongful death suit in 2011. McDonnell’s wife didn’t use “Show Me the Money” Brewington. They used two small time guys – one from Freeport in Nassau County and some guy from Lindenhurst in Suffolk County. They filed a Complaint. Then filed an Amended Complaint. The last Complaint came in at a whooping 22.5 pages. That would have been my intro.

Suffolk made motions to hide “this report” and “that investigation” from the taxpaying public – because the idiots that pay these police officers $250,000.00 plus dollars a year don’t have the right to know that they’re sadistic killers.

The County Attorney was up in arms.  He told the Suffolk County Legislature …

Another cluster – skull fuck disaster area. Pay up. Your just going to have to raise taxes.

The County paid 2.5 million dollars to the widow.

If I were the lawyer I would have fucked Suffolk Taxpayers so deep my huge head would enter their small intestines – $30 million from a jury.

Here’s the names of most of the killer scum Suffolk Cops in Rank order – all in Caps – starting with the brave Police Officers: RICCARDO MASCIO, JOHN McGLYNN, GREGORY JUNGEN, ROBERT BODENMILLER, CHRISTOPHER MILLS, ADAM QUINONES, RUSS CAPRIA, DANE FLYNN, MICHAEL MANNINO, PATRICK AHEARN, and ANDREW YOUNG; the heroic Sergeants: RICHARD BRESSINGHAM, HENRY ARNOLD, FRANK PAPPILLO; and leading the charge Lieutenant: WILLIAM SCRIMA. We’re only missing two of the murdering 17.

None of these cops were even verbally reprimanded for their crazed psycho cold blooded murder of a tax paying citizen.

Spota was terribly angry that Newsday did a story where it quoted the State coroner and got the report.  He demanded to know how a newspaper could do a story without running it by him.  He had become Mussolini. His Italy was Suffolk County. When I did a FOIL (Freedom of Information Law) Request for the file from the NYSCC they told me to “fuck off” in words only slightly less brutal. They were mad that a tax paying citizen would FOIL something, but that’s the whole purpose of FOIL.

And where was the Fucking Bungling Idiots (“FBI”) during all of this. Investigating Fauci. Scum bags.

We have so many wonderful rights in this country that we don’t know what to do with them all.  The right to own a weapon. The right to own ammunition. The right to own rapid firing weapons.  The right to own lethal Kevlar and concrete penetrating ammunition. And so on, etc. The right to shoot someone. The right to stop parents from entering the school where their children are being shot; for cops to get paid to do nothing while the kids were getting shot. (Uvalde Texas Cops) Shooting someone or getting shot is freedom.

So shoot the cops when the come for you. It’s your right …

When they knock on your front door

How you gonna come

With your hands on your head

Or on the trigger of your gun

Guns of Brixton

The Clash
