The key to this case is funnel cakes.
For some reason Maryhaven Center for Hope Group Home decided that autistic non-verbal resident Dainell Simmons couldn’t have any funnel cakes even though they served them to the other residents. Simmons was mentally impaired so he acted out. Maryhaven Center for Hope Group Home staff called 911 on Simmons even though residents of such group homes are prone to act out. It is part of their condition. That’s why they are in Group Homes and Group Homes get taxpayer money. It’s called training folks and doing your fucking jobs because when you call Suffolk cops nothing good can come from it.
Suffolk Cops Counsel Citizen
Simmons had calmed down by the time police arrived. The mentally impaired usually become calm and cheerful again. Maybe they should have just given him some fucking funnel cakes. But the Suffolk County Police Officers demanded that they take Simmons to a Psychiatric ward where they would tell him and everyone else what they already knew. Simmons was autistic and non-verbal. When the cops tried to remove him, Simmons became upset.
Stupid Italian American Cops
What followed was chaos and murder. Here’s what the cops probably said: “Don’t shoot off your non-verbal mouth with us you retard.” This is what the brave Suffolk cops definitely did:

How They Killed the Autistic Young Man
Here’s how they killed the autistic young man:
First they front cuffed Simmons. Then at least three so called Police Officers unleashed their tasers on him multiple times. That would be OLIVA, GRENIA, CATALDO. Haah two of the tasering cops were women which proves how truly Progressive Suffolk cops are. Blood lust for torture is shared by both sexes.
Then OLIVA, GRENIA, and CATALDO pepper sprayed Simmons, even after he was front-handcuffed and tased a multitude of time. Then OLIVA, GRENIA, and CATALDO tackled Dainell. Whereupon they re-handcuffed him such that he was rear-handcuffed. Next OLIVA, GRENIA and CATALDO sat on Simmons’ back, legs and head or otherwise applied significant force to his torso while he was lying face down.
But they were not done.
Officers SAL YOVINO, JAMES POLTORAK, KEVIN WUESTENHOFF, JEFFREY PITKEWICS, STEVEN TURNER, RICHARD CIACCIO, JAMES SAMARTINO, DENISE FIERRO, and FRANK LEOTTA arrived at the scene – I guess that’s back up – and assisted OLIVA, GRENIA, and CATALDO in restraining Simmons. They put Simmons’s legs in leg restraints.
Even after all four of Simmons limbs were in restraints all of Suffolk’s finest basically sat on him while he lay face down for several minutes.

Homoerotica Spota Says “Nothing Wrong Here”
A grand jury of Suffolk County MAGA miscreant citizens shepherded by “Homoerotica” Spota declined to indict the officers. No disciplinary action either.
A lawsuit was filed by Simmons’ mother, Glynice. They used some guy named Klein that kept amending the complaint until it became a mammoth 18 page document. There are “hit in the rear car” accident complaints that are longer and more detailed.
The county in legal motions had denied that the officers used excessive force or violated Simmons rights. It said the injuries to Dainell Simmons “were caused by Simmons own culpable and/or negligent conduct.” That bravado didn’t last too long.
Another Tax Payer Funded Settlement
The case settled for $1,850,000.00 million Suffolk County taxpayer dollars. If I had the case it would have settled for much more than that – $10,000,000.00 at least. Or a jury would have given me $30 million. I would have shoved it right up the tax payers’ rectums.

The Suffolk cash strapped Legislature’s Ways and Means Committee “unanimously approved the settlement,” chairwoman Bridget Fleming (D-Noyack) said after a closed-door meeting with County Attorney Dennis Brown. Brown declined to comment about the case. But I know Brown said this to the legislature:
Look no one in the office wants to try this skull fuck case. Pony up the money before the whole office calls in sick. I aint trying it.
