THE DREAM LIFE
Things are not all bad in Suffolk County. If you work hard. And make the right moves. You can enjoy the good life. Michael Divers enjoyed the good life. He worked his way through college in California paying for his education with a job as a corrections officer. He graduated from nearby Hofstra University Law School back when it was almost a good school. Despite Hofstra Divers became a successful lawyer, just like me. A vaunted partner making money hand over fist. He had a loyal wife that worked as a Kindergarten teacher. One son about to start law school. His youngest son just started his first year of college.
Divers lived the dream. A beautiful home on the hilly, woodsy North Shore of Western Suffolk – in a pricey Hamlet called Centerport; practically on the beach. He belonged to the exclusive neighborhood association which gave Divers and his family, as well as their friends and neighbors, select access to that beach and all of the amenities that went along with it including the beach house and the bathroom.
Oh the bathroom
The beach house was grandiose. Neighborhood events were held there. Members of the community also had the exclusive right to rent it for events like Sweet 16 parties.
On August 28, 2015 it was another serene late North Shore summer.
MURDERLAND
Enough with the flowery language. Let’s cut to the chase: Michael Divers was murdered at a “Sweet 16” party when the host, Mark McGreen, and his friends, including David Brase and others, attacked, beat and smothered Divers – “brutally assaulted him” – all because Divers wanted to use a community club bathroom that he had paid membership dues to use.
You know what that gets.
A big fat Hooah!
Despite clear surveillance video evidence, and eyewitness accounts of the attack on Divers by McGreen, Brase and others, no arrests were ever made. Right after the killing McGreen and Brase bragged about their connections to the Suffolk County Police Department, telling numerous people they were not worried about being arrested. Not just bravado.
McGreen and Brase both had security careers affiliated with law enforcement. They had strong personal friendships within the Suffolk County Police Department including the maniacal convicted felon former Chief James “Freaky” Burke.
The area where Michael and Kristin Divers lived was a tightly-knit. People recognized one another. They also killed you. Almost everyone in the neighborhood, including Michael and Kristin Divers, were members of the Huntington Beach Community Association a/k/a “Casino,” – a community building across the street from the Divers’ home. In order to be a member of the vaunted Casino one had to pay yearly membership dues and abide by the written rules of the flaunted Casino which the Divers did.
In the summer months, people from the neighborhood routinely gathered at the beach two blocks from the Divers’ home. They brought drinks and food, socialized, and enjoyed just looking out at the seascape.
Awesomely splendid.
Friday, August 28, 2015: During the early afternoon hours, Kristin Divers had returned home after running errands at the school where she taught. Michael Divers was watching a television show. At approximately 3:00 p.m., Kristin Divers prepared snacks for a beach gathering, and told Michael Divers to meet her at their typical meeting spot at the beach across the street, where other people from the neighborhood would be gathering.
It Doesn’t Get Any Better
Neighbors met Kristin at their usual meeting spot at the beach. At approximately 6:00 p.m., Michael joined Kristin at the beach. He brought three or so cans of beer. Michael socialized with Kristin and others, while drinking and eating.
You just never know when your police department connected neighbors will kill you because …
“the next two hours would be the last time that Kristin Divers would see her husband of 26 years alive.”
Dum … dah … dum … dum.
CASINO ROYALE
At approximately 8:30 p.m. Michael Divers left the gathering on the beach and walked a short distance to the Casino in order to use that bathroom. You pay dues for places like the Casino. You should at least be allowed to pee in the bathroom and flush the toilet. Even when events were taking place at the splendiferous Casino, the building was routinely used by others in the community for its bathroom facilities. In that regard, the bathroom facilities were not supposed to be locked, even during an event, according to Rule 3.53 of the Huntington Beach Community Association Rules & Regulations. In fact Rule 3.53 of the Huntington Beach Community Association Rules & Regulations states, in relevant part, “restricting association members from access to the casino Lavatory facilities … is strictly prohibited.” That’s the rule.
I would have peed right on the fucking beach.
Michael and Kristin Divers had used the building on prior occasions for its bathroom facilities even when other members were renting the facility. And the fabled “Casino” was located physically closer to the Divers’ gathering than the Divers’ home.
On August 28, 2015, McGreen rented the building from the Huntington Beach Community Association for his daughter’s sweet sixteen party. McGreen was able to rent the building from the HBCA, because he was a member of the community. McGreen lived nearby to the Divers’ home, and knew Michael and Kristin Divers.
In fact, the Divers’ youngest son had been invited to McGreen’s daughter’s sweet sixteen party, but he could not attend because he had started college. Too bad. He could have watched his father get murdered.
McGreen fancied himself a Suffolk County tough guy. He had a history of threatening other people with violence. Several years prior McGreen verbally threatened his daughter’s teacher. McGreen also got into verbal altercation with his daughter’s lacrosse coach which became so explosive that McGreen was banned from the school lacrosse field. This is so Suffolk. I had a kid’s father call me a “dick” when I coached. My son just threw a pick six on the last play of the game that broke the tie. I was angry. I threw my clipboard and whistle at the offending father. I then invited him off the field to a wooded area where I was going to kill him. He didn’t follow.
SWEET SIXTEEN
Shortly after 8:30 p.m., Michael Divers entered the building after finding the outside bathroom facilities locked. The building had bathroom facilities inside, and Michael Divers made his way toward them. There were approximately fifty teenagers dancing, socializing, and having fun at the party in the exalted Casino. None of them appeared concerned that Michael Divers entered the building to use the bathroom.
Mark McGreen, David Brase, and others, forcibly escorted Michael Divers outside of the renowned Casino to a back patio area where they argued. McGreen and Brase lit Divers up with punches to the face and head. Divers was no fighter. The good years made him soft. He fell over a small fence where McGreen and Brase continued to beat him as he lay on the ground. Once he was pummeled into submission McGreen and Brase pinned Divers down. One of them sat on Divers chest while the other held Divers’ arms. Divers stopped moving and stopped breathing but one man continued to sit on his chest while the other held his arms for approximately ten minutes …
“ensuring there was no way Michael Divers would get up alive.”
After ten minutes, McGreen and Brase removed themselves from Divers’ body. Neither McGreen nor Brase tried to turn him over, to resuscitate him, or otherwise render aid.

Neither McGreen nor Brase made any effort to prevent teenagers at the party from taking “selfies” with Michael Divers’ dead body. (That’s so Suffolk – even the teenagers are complete dicks) Given that Divers died while having an urgent need to urinate probably means he suffered the indignity of pissing his pants too. I think of these things.
An investigator who saw Michael Divers at the hospital stated that he looked like a “car had run him over.” His face was all bloody and swollen.
One of the multiple witnesses that saw the killing was Alex Coventry, who attended the party.
“They hit him, they sat on him. They left him just lying on the ground, face down. He wasn’t fighting back. It didn’t look like he had a chance to. It was two-on-one.”
Coventry also said that Divers was on the ground for at least 30 minutes before emergency responders arrived, and that cops only briefly questioned witnesses.
JOHN VENTRE (ITALIANO)(DEGENERATE)
John Ventre (Italiano), a Nassau County Police Sergeant attended the “Sweet 16” death party hosted by McGreen. Sgt. Ventre’s daughter was good friends with McGreen’s daughter.
In 2010 Sgt. John Ventre served on the same “License Plate Reader Advisory Panel” as former Chief James Burke, advising New York State on the feasibility and practicability of installing license plate readers throughout the state. (Big Brother at its finest)
David Brase worked for VICON Industries a company that distributes License Plate Reader technology – so we can all be tracked and spied on. Mark McGreen operated a security company that had close ties to Suffolk County Police. Police officers moonlighted with McGreen’s security company.
Sgt. John Ventre was close to then Suffolk County Police Chief James Burke who was close – homoerotically close – to District Attorney Thomas “Homoerotica” Spota.
After the killing Sgt. Ventre was seen on a phone talking with someone about the incident, and then later talking with both McGreen and Brase. When the Suffolk County police officers arrived to investigate, Sgt. Ventre warmly talked with many of them. McGreen and Brase also talked to the Suffolk County police officers in an overly friendly manner.

But no arrests were made on August 28, 2015.
Dr. Ruth “Whore” Kohlmeier
Dr. Ruth “Whore” Kohlmeier, M.D. (unrelated to the fabled sex therapist of the 70s and 80s), from the Office of the Medical Examiner, Suffolk County (where mushrooms grow out of the floor) conducted an autopsy of Michael Divers, on August 29, 2015. It took months for Dr. Kohlmeier to make a determination as to Michael Divers’ cause of death. The whole time Dr. Kohlmeier communicated with Suffolk County Police Officers. Although Dr. Kohlmeier correctly ruled Divers death a homicide, she incorrectly determined that the cause of death was “cardiopulmonary arrest during a physical altercation with an individual under the influence of acute alcohol intoxication,” and that a contributing factor to Michael Divers’ death was his “cardiovascular disease.”
According to Dr. Jonathan Arden, an expert medical examiner retained by the Divers family Dr. Kohlmeier lied in her cause of death determination. Dr. Arden determined that contrary to Dr. Kohlmeier’s ruling, the actual cause of death to Michael Divers was “traumatic asphyxia due to blunt chest trauma.” (No shit Sherlock)
According to Dr. Arden, Dr. Ruth “Whore” Kohlmeier failed to address (1) the huge circular bruising on Diver’s chest and (2) video images showing McGreen and Brase sitting on Divers chest for an extended period of time – both as major contributing factors to his death.
After the death of Michael Divers, no one from the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office responded to Kristen Divers about the status of her husband’s murder investigation. District Attorney Thomas “Homoerotica” Spota waited months to assign a Homicide Prosecutor.
THE ADVENT OF “ASS LICKER” TIMMONS
Assistant District Attorney Peter “Ass Licker” Timmons was the second assistant assigned to the case in early January of 2016. That’s when Divers lawyer began calling to get an update on Divers’ homicide investigation. ADA Timmons had a close relationship with the Suffolk County Police Department. In one of the first conversations Diver’s lawyer had with ADA Timmons, Timmons informed the lawyer that he did not think criminal charges were warranted because “this was a clear case of self-defense.” In the same conversation Timmons made it clear that that he had not interviewed a single witness. Let me say this – and no one but Timmons should take offense – Timmons is a faggot.
Timmons stated that only the Grand Jury had the power to decide whether charges would be brought against McGreen and Brase. That’s no revelation; except in Suffolk the Grand Jury does what the DA tells them.
Defendant Mark McGreen hired Defense Attorney Joseph Conway to represent him during the Grand Jury Proceedings. Defense Attorney Joseph Conway also represented James Burke at the time Burke was being prosecuted by the Eastern District of New York for assault and corruption. Conway relying on his former position as a prosecutor with the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York (Keystone Cops) also fed Spota’s legal team inside information about the investigation of Spota, Spota’s henchman Christopher McPartland and Burke.
Levy was gay too
Years earlier Spota made Conway a Special Prosecutor to get rid of former County Executive Steve Levy because Levy in a cost cutting measure removed Suffolk Cops from highways. (They were paid hundreds of thousands of dollars per year just to write tickets) The most damaging information that Conway dug up on Levy was that Levy was gay. Levy said …

He took a plea deal that had him turn over all of his campaign cash to Spota.
Conway is now a Judge in Nassau County. We’ll run into Conway again.
ADA Timmons presented witnesses to the grand jury only favorable to McGreen and Brase. In April 2016, after a one sided grand jury presentation by ADA “Dick Sucker” Timmons, the grand jury voted against indicting McGreen or Brase – a “No True Bill” – for the murder of Michael Divers. We called that “The Walk of Shame” in Brooklyn.
The criminal investigation into the death of Michael Divers was over.

Private investigators got an e-mail from the Suffolk Police Department that insulted Divers. It said …
“Our critical fault is response time-maybe 30 minutes to arrive. However, being a fat, drunken — slob is the contributory factor.”
