One of the first things that Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas “Homoerotica” Spota did when he became District Attorney was impanel a special grand jury to investigate priests buggering little boys. Spota’s report helped cover up the fact that the one Monsignor Alan J. Placa personally helped cover up the sexual abuse. The Archdiocese assigned Placa to root out sex abuse in the Catholic Church on Long Island. Placa hid hundreds of the Priests’ pedophilic rapes. He did this while he was raping little boys himself.
Placa is the freak that lived with his boyfriend next door to Joseph Brewer’s house in Oak Beach. Kenny Lazo: Beaten To Death By Cops Swinging Flashlights While Biting His Buttocks
Twenty four year old Kenny Lazo – a roundish soft looking young man – was beaten to death by Suffolk County Police on April 12, 2008, in Bay Shore, Long Island. Lazo did not have any weapons, i.e. he was unarmed. Lazo was also alone which made him a prime target for juiced up Suffolk County Cops. He was pulled over by police, involved in a struggle, and then brought to the Third Precinct, where he was left to die.
Kenny Lazo had abrasions and lacerations on his face, skull, and body. His tongue was cut in two. He had several missing teeth.

An autopsy revealed that police beat him to death with flashlights. The five officers – five on one – that beat Lazo to death still serve as police officers for Suffolk taxpayers. It was declared that the officers who murdered Kenny Lazo were not at any fault, as the measures used were considered necessary. Hooah! Torna il blu! Zieg Heil!

Tom “Homoerotica” Spota did one of his famous fake Grand Jury presentations in order to officially clear the Suffolk Cops. As per usual certain critical evidence was never presented to the grand jury, including this autopsy report by the Medical Examiner. The autopsy concluded that
Lazo died of sudden cardiac death following exertion associated with prolonged physical altercation with multiple blunt impacts … blunt impact to head … blunt impacts to torso, blunt impacts to upper extremities [“defensive wounds” – he wasn’t fighting].
Apparently the bites to his buttocks were non-life threatening.

Fabled Civil Rights attorney Frederick “Show Me the Money” Brewington brought a $55 million dollar lawsuit on behalf of Lazo’s family aginst the County, the Suffolk Police and Spota as well as Assistant District Attorney – all around Ass-Clown — John B Collins. The County was impressed although Spota and Collins got out of the suit because under the law prosecutors are absolutely immune for anything evil that they do as part of their jobs.

Long Island Jurors awarded Lazo’s family $13.5 million in compensatory damages and $21.5 million in punitive damages. My God that is $35,000.000.00 million tax payer dollars. In the lilly White Eastern District of New York … Ouch … The County Attorney sucks. But not that bad. The facts were just bad. The county vowed to appeal. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals would have undoubtedly cut that down somewhat. Members of the Suffolk Legislature’s Ways and Means Committee, which signs off on large settlements, approved the agreement in an 8-0 vote. Legislator Rob Trotta, the committee’s chairman, said $10 million would be paid from county funds and $10 million from the county’s insurance provider. Trotta, the former Suffolk County police detective, said he voted “grudgingly” in favor of the settlement.
“I feel for the deceased, but he was fighting with the police … people die when they resist arrest. It’s a fact of life,” Trotta said.
When I met him at the MAGA affair Trotta denied saying that. But when I said that is what Newsday reported he said, “Did I say that?”
Lazzo got beaten by five police officers. He did not fight them. There’s a difference. Just ask the 35 million dollar jury.
Trotta was severely taken aback by the disclosure of the bite marks to the buttocks. He agreed with me that a person who is being falsely arrested has the right to fight – and in such cases the fighting person is committing no crime.
So if cops are fucking with you – kill them. “It’s a fact of life.”
