A Nassau County court ordered Pediatrician Stuart “Meshugganah” Copperman to pay $1.6 billion to 104 women that he sexually abused while they were children. Copperman just like Long Island’s favorite son Donald Trump doesn’t listen to Courts. Copperman hasn’t paid one Red cent of that $1.6 billion.
The Child Victims Act
Copperman and his lawyer Joe “Greaseball” Tacopina (a/k/a “Olive Oil Joe”) had a golden defense. They didn’t show up once after being sued 104 times under the 2019 Child Victims Act. Copperman said in a 2024 interview:

Speaking of Donald Trump Jeffrey Epstein was big on Long Island too. A review of “tens of thousands of records” from the Epstein files displays the depravity. Wealthy, powerful depraved Long Islanders that partied, did business and did Epstein’s little girls. The records detail Epstein’s Long Island life after his Florida pedophilic sex conviction for which he did little time but required registration as a sex offender.
Taking real estate mogul Andrew Farkas’ helicopter to the Hamptons. Breakfast with Daily News Publisher Mort Zuckerberg at East Hampton. To a meeting with billionaire private equity investor Leon Black. Next a birthday party for Black’s son Ben who runs a powerful finance company. And then a GOP fundraiser.
Aside from Trump, Musk, Alan Dershowitz and Prince Andrew – Epstein associated with the owners of hedge funds, modelling agencies, music moguls and construction magnates, etc. There’s even Trump’s US Commerce Secretary and Long Island native Howard Lutnick. Big shout out Howie.
Most comical is Epstein’s dalliance with prominent Long Island urologist Darius Paduch. Paduch has since picked up some pedophilic sex crime convictions. Now he’s doing life in prison. Back in 2018 Epstein had to beg to get an appointment with Paduch for his impotency. Paduch would not even take his insurance. You see Paduch buggered little boys. He had no interest in Epstein’s little girls. Trump is reportedly considering pardoning Paduch if the Democrats win the Mid Terms.

Golden Copperman’s victims and their attorneys knew Stuart Copperman could never pay the full amount. It’s one of the largest sexual abuse judgments in U.S. history beating out Long Island’s Darius “Papa Duke” Paduch. Paduch’s victims brought eight-hundred lawsuits against Paduch’s hospital. Over one billion in settlements. At least Paduch got them paid.
Shit Lawyers
The victims and their lawyers are frustrated that Copperman has avoided paying anything. Especially the lawyers because that’s the only way they can get paid.
Copperman did a number on these little girls. Grabbing their genitals when they were nude. Raping them. Sodomizing them. It started when the victims were five years old.
“He was a predator and got away with it for so many years, and to a certain extent, I feel he’s still getting away with it, because he never had to go to jail and he’s never had to pay up,” said Jeanna Salgado, 58, who won a $32 million judgment.
Kristen Gibbons Feden, a Philadelphia attorney who represents the women, said a collections attorney has been trying to recover money for the survivors.
“It does not surprise me that he is not paying anything. He seems to me to be taking on the normal persona of a predator.”

Michael “Good Fella” Della, a Ronkonkoma lawyer who works with Gibbons Feden on behalf of the plaintiffs, said that if Copperman continues to refuse to pay, a judge could freeze or seize assets and could potentially jail him if he’s found in contempt of court.

Copperman’s evading payment through what the law calls “fraudulent conveyances.” He knew he was going to get hit so he gave his assets to his wife. Not even imaginative. After Olive Oil Joe and Copperman refused to show up Judge Steinman and court appointed special referees spent 19 months hearing testimony and reviewing evidence in each suit. After considering the physical abuse and the long-term psychological effects on the victims they determined how much money each victim should get. Tens of millions per victim.
So what. Never paid.

In 1984 victims went to the Nassau County Police Department who did what they usually do. Nothing. They said …

The next year victims separately filed complaints with the state Health Department. But the Board for Professional Medical Conduct, which disciplines doctors, exonerated Copperman in 1987. They said …
