On Sunday August 23, 2026 Long Island’s big paper Newsday presented an article entitled On LI, Lighter Sentences for Sex Trafficking Cases (Review of cases finds less severe punishments).
The article does note a couple of victories in Suffolk County. But it fails to mention that those traffickers were Black. That’s why those sentences were tough.

Here is what Tierney had to say:
sex trafficking prosecutions often depend on deeply traumatized victims who fear retaliation.
Tierney notes that these “victims” have “mental health or substance abuse issues or may have been involved in the criminal justice system in the past” thereby presenting “challenges.” Tierney is saying the women are lowlife whores. A nun would probably not be a good witness.

Ride the Red Wave
DA Ray “Red Wave” Tierney became District attorney in Suffolk in 2021’s off-year elections. An anti-Biden red wave swept him into office.
Tierney has lambasted bail reform. Bail reform simply means no bail for non-violent offenses. Our system is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty – if guilty you go to jail. For working people bail means when you plead “not guilty” at arraignment you go to jail anyway. Guilty until proven innocent.
The stats are in. Bail reform did not increase crime one iota.
Cop Land
Then the article turned to the issue of an exorbitantly well paid Suffolk County Cop who moonlighted as an exorbitant major Pimp at the same time he was on patrol. He got an exorbitantly light sentence in a county that is exorbitantly ruled by police unions. The author, one Nicole Fuller, explained the cop
pleaded guilty to managing brothels in Holbrook and West Babylon – but wasn’t accused of sex trafficking – was sentenced to just 2 years.
Nicole you vapid nymph. Wrong.
As we’ll see the cop was charged with One count of Enterprise Corruption, and 13 counts of Promoting Prostitution in the Third Degree. That’s sex trafficking you miscreant. He was charged with rape too.
Tierney In Action
Let’s see how conservative law and order Tierney dealt with the rapist, Pimp, cop.
SCPD Officer George Trimigliozzi and Islip Teacher Steven Arey along with two other deviants – self-proclaimed “mob associate” Frank “Wannabe” Saggio and his girlfriend Dana “Puttana Porca” Ciardullo – operated multiple brothels in Suffolk County over a period of four years.
Each defendant hired sex workers, collected “house fees,” and posted advertisements seeking customers. The cop (Trimigliozzi) and the teacher (Arey) managed three locations located on Sunrise Highway in Holbrook. One was known as the “American Girls Spa” – the girls are Eastern European and Hispanic. The other location housed two additional brothels: “Spa Suite 4” and “Reiki for Healing Suite 5” They also had “Tunnel of Love” in West Babylon.
The conspiracy made sex workers who could not read English sign leases which required each to pay “rent” of up to $12,000.00 per month.
The prostitutes were not paid. They fucked for tips.
Tierney charged Officer Trimigliozzi, 55, of Islip, with – One count of Enterprise Corruption, a Class B felony; 13 counts of Promoting Prostitution in the Third Degree, Class D felonies; and other related counts. Eighteen counts total.
Trimigliozzi made $314,706.00 in taxpayer money with $124,218.00 coming from overtime last year. An Arbitrator recently found Trimigliozzi in dereliction of duty multiple times for ignoring police radio calls in favor of attending to his duties as a major pimp.
On May 21, 2025 Tierney announced that he indicted Officer Trimigliozzi yet again – “Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, and related charges,” for sexually assaulting two women following dates arranged on dating Apps.
In May 2021, Trimigliozzi met “Jane Doe # 1” on a dating website. They went on a date. Following the date, Trimigliozzi asked Jane Doe # 1 to sit in his car “to talk.” Inside his car, Trimigliozzi moved into the passenger seat of the vehicle, where Jane Doe # 1 was seated – he stuck his hands down her pants and Trumped her … he “grabbed her by the pussy” – against her will.
Jane Doe # 1 opened the passenger side car door. But Trimigliozzi leaned over, grabbed the door, and slammed it shut. Then he maneuvered himself in between Jane Doe # 1 and the door and Trumped away.
In June 2022, Trimigliozzi met “Jane Doe # 2” on a dating website. They went on a date. Following the date, Jane Doe # 2 allowed Trimigliozzi into her house to “use the bathroom and get a drink of water.” Once inside Trimigliozzi forcibly raped her – as in jammed his penis into her vagina and thrust in and out …
I had to make that clear. Tierney doesn’t understand.
As a result of two separate sexual attacks on two separate women Tierny indicted Trimigliozzi with only three counts in total: (1) “PL 130.25 03, Rape 3rd degree: no consent-victim not incapacitated.” (E Felony) (the lowest rape count possible); (2) “PL 130.65 01 Abuse 1st : forcible compulsion.” (D Felony) (Trim forced Jane Doe # 1 into “sexual contact” – he forcibly “grabbed her by the pussy” to quote our president); (3) “PL 135.05 Unlawful Imprisonment” (“A” misdemeanor – big deal)
Tierney could have charged Trimigliozzi with NY Penal L § 130.35 – Rape in the First Degree: “A person is guilty of rape in the first degree when: 1. he or she engages in vaginal sexual contact with another person: (a) By forcible compulsion …”

The difference between an E Felony Rape 3rd and a B Felony Rape 1st is huge. The E Felony Rape 3rd is a non-violent offense. It is punishable by 1 1/3rd to 4 years. Here is the sentence for a B Felony Rape (a violent offense) – 5 to 25 years. Now we’re talking.
The Second Rape In the Court Room
On September 12, 2025 Trimigliozzi appeared in Court before the “Crying Man” – Judge Timothy P. Mazzei – the “hero” of the Gilgo case. Trimigliozzi came to plead out.
What did Trimigliozzi get for managing that massive multi location prostitution empire? According to Tierney’s press release:
Trimigliozzi pleaded guilty to Promoting Prostitution in the Third Degree, a Class D felony, and Official Misconduct, a Class A misdemeanor.
The other sixteen charges including the B Felony just evaporated … went away – “covered” by the two low level pleas. But he still faced 2-7 years on the Promoting Prostitution 3rd and another year for the obstruction.
Given the facts. Judge “Crying Man” Mazzei had every right to be harsh. Mazzei could hit Trimigliozzi for seven years for promoting prostitution and then add the Obstruction year on top of that. It is called consecutive sentences. Trimigliozzi could still get eight years or MUCH MORE.
Tierney:
he will be sentenced to a total of two years of incarceration, one year of incarceration on each charge to run consecutively.
Maybe Tierney saved the fire for the sexual attacks.
Trimigliozzi also pleaded guilty before Justice Mazzei to charges resulting from a second indictment related to his unlawful imprisonment of a woman in his personal vehicle.
That’s a lie. The “second indictment” is related to Trimigliozzi forcibly grabbing a woman by her pussy while he trapped her in his car. More serious the “second indictment” is about an all-out rape of another woman. The press release continues:
he pleaded guilty to Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and will be sentenced to 30 days of incarceration to run concurrent with the two-year sentence under his first indictment.
Trimigliozzi totally walks on two separate sexual attacks on two separate women. Not a minute in jail. The 30 days is concurrent. It runs at the same time as the one year he will do for the prostitution enterprise.
The E Felony Rape 3rd and the D Felony Sexual Abuse 1st just evaporated – “covered” by the misdemeanor plea. Like “covered” means justice was done.
Two one year sentences to run consecutively. He’ll be out in one year. They didn’t bother sending him Upstate to a real prison. He’s in a Suffolk County jail getting preferential treatment. Trimigliozzi doesn’t even have to register as a sex offender.
Ray “Epstein” Tierney with the help of Judge “Crying Man” Mazzei sexually assaulted the Jane Does again.
Mazzei is a brutal sentencer of Black people – not cops or Pimps.
A Newsday Reporter tastelessly privately told me Trimigliozzi’s outcome was due to the fine work of his lawyer.

Don Saggio’s indictment is truly massive. Fifty-Four counts. Three B Felonies. One for Enterprise Corruption. Two for PL 230.34 04 requiring that “prostitution be performed to retire, repay, or service a real or purported debt.” Than an astounding 51 counts of D felony PL 230.25 01 Promoting prostitution in the third degree.
Tierney:
Saggio pleaded guilty to Enterprise Corruption, a Class B felony, before Supreme Court Justice Timothy P. Mazzei. As part of Saggio’s plea agreement … he will serve two to six years in prison.
Saggio’s one count guilty plea “covered” – evaporated – the 53 other counts. “Two to six years.”
Saggio will be sentenced to two years but out of jail in one year.
Tierney indicted Saggio’s Bimbette whore girlfriend Ciardullo for B Felony Enterprise Corruption and a whopping 17 counts of D Felony Promoting Prostitution.

Ciardullo pleaded guilty to Promoting Prostitution in the Third Degree … before Justice Mazzei. Ciardullo will be sentenced to six months of incarceration [she’ll do three] followed by five years of probation.
